PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which PAIZ Konsulting Sp. z o.o. (“PAIZ”), with registered offices at Czeremchowa 21, 20-807 Lublin, Poland and Fachhochschule des Mittelstands (“FHM”), with registered offices at Ravensberger Straße 10 G, 33602 Bielefeld, Germany collect, use, maintain and disclose information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the www.gobeeco.eu (“Website”) for the purpose of disseminating the Gamification of eco-friendly habits in adult education (GoBeEco) Project (“the Project”), implemented under the Erasmus+ Programme under the agreement No 2020-1-DE01-KA204-007517 between FHM and Erasmus+ German National Agency – Nationale Agentur Bildung für Europa beim Bundesinstitut für Berufsbildung.
What kind of data is collected and how is it used?
Personal information
FHM, Project coordinator, may collect and process personal information from Users who send an email from the website using the “Send an Email” functionality. The mailbox is operated by FHM. In order to send an email from the website user must provide his/her name and email address. This data will be used to provide the User with requested information and will be stored no longer than the 30th of April 2028, in line with the regulations on Project documentation in Erasmus+. Users may, however, visit the Website anonymously. PAIZ will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information. Users can always refuse to supply personal information, except that it may prevent them from contacting the Project Coordinator.
PAIZ, Website’s operator, may collect and use User’s personal information for the following purposes:
- To run and operate the Website
- To display content on the Website correctly
- To personalize user experience
- PAIZ may use information in the aggregate (anonymised) to understand how Users as a group use the services and resources provided on the Website.*
- To improve the Website
This information is processed only during Users visit on the website and not stored afterwards.
Non-personal information
PAIZ may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with the Website. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users means of connection to the website, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized and other similar information.
This information is processed only during User’s visit on the website and not stored afterwards.
PAIZ may use non-personal information for the following purposes:

WHAT ARE COOKIES?
